Are you insured?

We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.

What do you consider to be a room?

Generally, a room that is up to 300 square feet (that is 15 x 20). Living room/dining room combos are considered two areas. Any area over 300 square feet but less than 600 square feet is priced as two areas, typically rooms that fall into this category are sun rooms, dens, library's, lofts. other areas such as (baths, halls, landings, walk-in-closets, etc.) are priced separately from the standard area usually at a smaller price, small non walk in closets are included with price of the accompanying area

Why do carpet cleaner prices vary?

When comparing carpet cleaning prices, make sure you ask a lot of questions and please keep a few things in mind. Our price includes treating for spots sanitizer and deodorizer. There are no hidden fees or additional charges that where not agreed upon before cleaning has started, Also we are a family owned and operated business this is what allows us to stand behind all of our work

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, credit, venmo or zelle are required at time of service. For established or commercial customers invoicing is available.

Do you have a minimum service charge?

Yes the minimum service charge is $100

What about pets?

While we love pets during service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

Do you guarantee removal of spots and stains?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we can remove all spots or stains. There are things that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a big factor in this. We are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spot but we can give you the best educated guess. When in doubt we tend to give worse case scenario and try for the best. While we have extensive experience in the subject there are many variables involved including but not limited to the fiber type, the substances on the spot, and if the homeowner or guest has tried to clean the spot previously

How soon must i wait before walking on the carpet?

Cleaned carpet can be walked on as soon as we are done with light traffic.

Can we set up a annual or bi-annual cleaning schedule?

Yes! Our maintenance program provides routine cleaning & disinfecting services and is designed to work with you. In addition any maintenance program setup as bi-annual will receive 15% off the bill total.

Do you move furniture?

Yes we can at a small addition charge. smaller items like dining room chairs ottomans and coffee tables will be moved at NO CHARGE . when moving all other furniture pads or plastic will placed under to protect the carpet from stain/paint bleeding from the furniture and moisture rising into the furniture

Using a dry towel absorb as much liquid as possible making sure not to scrub or spread it in

on pet stains use hydrogen peroxide

when bought at the store it is already diluted so no need to mix anything up

just transfer contents into a spray bottle and mist on the area do no oversaturate the carpet

blot with dry towel to extract as much as possible

sprinkle baking soda onto the spot and gently agitate it with a clean spoon

let set for a minute or 2 and then vacuum up all of the baking soda
